Two things that make me feel grounded and at my best, are movement and creativity.  The forms those take shape in change from time to time, but the desire tends to be the same.  Presently, I enjoy creating through making music and sometimes painting. At this juncture, I’ve been moving most through Rock Climbing, Hiking, Cycling, Yoga, and sometimes dancing. I also love hanging out with my two daughters and getting out to explore this beautiful planet as much as possible.

I moved from the Pacific Northwest to work for Diamond Ranch Academy for the opportunity to work with the incredible adolescents here. I believe that adolescents are an incredible time of growth and expansion and I love getting to be a part of that adventure. I also feel fortunate to get to be a part of a team that moves with love and compassion to help guide individuals towards being their most actualized selves.
