I am a Utah native born in Salt Lake City to a close-knit family where I learned the importance of honesty and hard work. When I was nine years old, we moved to St. George, Utah – which is now the place that I still call home. I believe that growing up in Southern Utah was one of the greatest blessings I have had in my life; I love it here. In high school I was very involved with my academics and I also participated in sports. After graduating high school, I served a 2-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. As a missionary I continued to increase my work ethic and knowledge, where I also learned to speak the Spanish language proficiently. I grew to love the humble people that I met and the amazing culture that I experienced while serving in Honduras. After returning home from Honduras, I have attended Brigham Young University and Dixie State University. I am married to a beautiful woman and we love living in St. George.
