A group of boys and several faculty and staff members went off-campus to a nearby Sand Hollow Reservoir at Sand Hollow State Park for a day of fishing, swimming, and cliff jumping. With its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape, Sand Hollow is one of the most popular parks in the state of Utah. At nearly twice the size of nearby Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow offers a variety of water recreation activities in a breath-taking setting.

The boys enjoyed great company and beautiful weather for their day at the lake. And, of course, the refreshing water made the activity perfect! The students’ common expression was, “Can we do this again next week?” A few of the boys commented, “I’ve never done anything like this in my life!” While others remarked, “I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun!”
