Our Application Process
At any given time, Diamond Ranch Academy has a variety of jobs available from Youth Development Counselor positions to Cook, Teachers, and Therapists. Our student’s families expect the highest level of service and performance from our employees. Our current employees want to work with the best. To this end, Diamond Ranch Academy sets high standards. All guests, co-workers and supervisors are to be treated with respect, dignity, honesty and courtesy. Our standards also address personal appearance, attendance, dress code, performance and ethical conduct. In the end, we require our employees to follow procedures and exceed guest expectations in a positive manner. In addition, it is also mandatory to pass a BCI (Bureau of Criminal Identification) screening and become certified in First Aid/CPR and PCS.
