Diamond Ranch Academy faculty members: Jace, Reeve, Lauren, and Anthony gathered selected students from each boys campus at Diamond Ranch Academy for some fun in the sun at Sand Hollow State Park.  What better way to start off a trip to the lake than a slight detour for some yummy snow cones?!  The DRA boys loved the local snow cone shack and ordered almost every flavor on the menu.  While eating snow cones, Reeve the Assistant Principal, and our student Tomoki played the guitar. Reeve even sang along!

After that, the group was off the beach at Sand Hollow State Park.  The students spent the afternoon building sand castles and digging holes so they could cover each other, working on their tans, swimming, and playing games like beach volleyball.

“It was great to get out and do some fun stuff with a bunch of friends,” said Hayden.

The trip ended with a group photo and then headed back to campus – just in time for the boys to attend the Saturday afternoon movie.  What an awesome outing!
