No one does treatment like Diamond Ranch. We have pioneered a unique approach combining the benefits of a small, personalized program with the amenities and opportunities only a large campus can offer.
We have six treatment programs located on one 55-acre campus. This structure allows us to provide specific, customized care for our students in their individual program while still offering the best facilities to the whole campus. Students have access to significantly more resources than any other school.
The teenage years are full of various developmental milestones. Girls at this stage in life are learning to navigate complex social circles as they cross the bridge between childhood and adulthood, and it can often be daunting.
While in the Crystal Springs program, your daughter will develop the tools and skills necessary for happiness and success in life. Our program for troubled teenagers is uniquely designed to address each girl’s specific needs, in an environment that lets her connect with other girls of the same age who are struggling with similar issues.
Character Curriculum
We have developed a uniquely designed Character Curriculum specific to our girls ages 12-13. This curriculum leads to development of strong character and practical life skills. It is designed to take the girls on a journey of self-improvement by focusing on the values, traits and skills listed below.

- Contributing Member of the Family Unit
- Social Skills and Boundary Setting
- Health and Beauty
- Appropriate Social Media
- Study Skills

Academics

The academic approach at Crystal Springs is unlike any other. Students learn to take charge of their own learning, while still having the support of a certified teacher in every classroom. They grow in confidence, skills and knowledge as they master study techniques and learn to challenge themselves. Self-paced learning allows students to accelerate their pace in the classes they are strong in, while being able to take more time in classes that are challenging to them.
At Diamond Ranch Academy, we believe in real, lasting learning, which is why students gain academic credit based on mastery of subject material, not just class time. We require everyone to achieve 80% or higher on all tests and assignments before moving on to the next section, to ensure that actual learning is taking place. This leads to improved attitudes toward school from the students.
