Comments on DRA:

Diamond Ranch Academy provides a great opportunity to help students succeed in their academics. DRA's token economy and system on natural consequences is effective in helping every student take ownership for their own learning, and understand the importance of education in their lives. I strongly agree with and support the philosophies of Diamond Ranch Academy.

I am originally from Logan, Utah, which is also where I went to school. I enjoy music; I play the violin, piano, and the organ. I also sing. Beginning September 2006, I will be a member of the Southwest Symphony. I love to travel and at some point, I hope to travel the world. My personal philosophy on life is "do your best and help others to achieve their best". I always try my hardest in everything that I do and I try to help those around my achieve their personal best.

My future plans include getting a Masters degree in Educational Psychology. Ed Psych studies what learning styles and techniques help people learn. I have a great love and apprieciate my parents, my brother and sister, who are all still in Logan.

Comments on DRA:

I came to DRA after my junior year of college for an internship as part of my major. While I was here, I grew to love the kids that I worked with and loved the program here. After I received my bachelors degree, I decided that I wanted to come back to DRA. We all want to see these kids grow, learn, and improve. I honestly feel very blessed to be working here and helping those students that I get to come in contact with.
